Christmas Dipped Strawberries

Hello everyone, I can't believe it's Christmas tomorrow, where has December gone! Before you know it, it will be 2014. That's crazy! So, I've been doing a lot of baking today and wanted to show you how to make these easy Festive dipped strawberries. You can make these right now if you want to, they would make a lovely treat for your family...

You will need:
White Chocolate Buttons
Green Sprinkles
Strawberries (of course)
a Tray
Glass bowl
Saucepan
a few bowls

Instructions:
First, wash the strawberries
Then fill the saucepan with water and place the glass bowl on top, don't use too much water though, just enough to surround the bottom of the bowl.
Next, 'eye' how much white chocolate you want to melt. Stir until smooth.
After, dip the strawberries into the white chocolate then in to the green sprinkles.
Lastly place on a tray and put in the fridge until hard.
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Brownie in a Mug

Hey guys I hope your all well today I'm going to show you how to make a brownie in a mug!

You will need...
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (don’t use anything that has sugar added to it)
2 Tablepsoons sunflower oil
2 Tablespoons Water
pinch of salt

Add the sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt to the mug and mix. Then add the oil and water and mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Be sure to be thorough, there’s a tendency for clumps of the dry ingredients to form.

Microwave on high for roughly a minute. You may have to microwave it longer or shorter, depending on your microwave, but the brownie should still be wet in the center when done.

Let me know if you made this?

You will need:
tissues paper
scissors
elastic band or lunch bag tie
cello tape
mini stapler

Instructions:

Start by cutting out the tissue paper in to rectangles. Try out different sizes until your happy make sure you have about 6 to 8 sheets together.
Next fold the sheets altogether as if you were making a fan. One side, fold, flip, the other side, fold, flip etc.
Then use the elastic band or lunch tie to hold the middle.
Pull one side of the tissue to the other side and staple once, like so...

Pull one or two sheets of tissue up to create a crinkled effect. Do this until you have a voluptuous tissue flower.

DIY Mini Stocking Tree Decoration

Hey guys, today I'm going to show you how to create this really sweet Christmas stocking:

You will need...
Red felt
White cotton material
Embellishments (ribbons, buttons, felt, lace)
Material scissors
A sewing machine or a needle and some thread
Template of a stocking
Instructions

1.    Start by cutting the two stocking pieces out of red felt and the two stocking pieces of white cotton. Here is the template I used

2.    Then choose what design you would like to put on to your stocking, I chose some lace, a bit of red ribbon and a few buttons.

3.    Sew your design on to a piece of red felt

4.    Next place your designed stocking piece face up on top of the two white pieces of cotton and the back of the stocking at the bottom (it will look a bit like a sandwich).

Then sew half a cm around the edge of the stocking with sewing machine or use a needle and
thread.
At the top of the stocking only sew one piece of felt with one piece of white fabric like so..
5.    Then attach either so string or a little bit of ribbon so you can hang it on the Christmas tree.

6.    Remember you can adjust the sizes of the stockings if you fancy!

Let me know if you made this decoration?

Clothes show live

Hey Guys, so yesterday I went to Clothes Show Live, in Birmingham and It was amazing. I picked up lots of brilliant bargains.

To start with I got a £1 goodie bag from cosmopolitan and company which included a packet of jelly beans, a Lindt chocolate, a lemon and lime mint drink (which I didn't like very much!), a sample of Hugo boss, a toilet roll (you never know when you might need that :/ ), some packets of coffee, an 8ml Rimmel foundation, some leaflets, a Cosmo magazine and a company magazine! All for £1 which is a rather good deal.

Then I brought a so Susan goodie bag which was £5 for 4 make up items that have the cutest packaging ever..

After that, I saw this little peter pan collared shirt by Edy and Bridge, I could have bought everything there I swear.

Then I bought the £5 goodie bag from so...? and it included a big dry shampoo, a little make up bag, a mini dry shampoo, then a body spray and perfume.

Overall, I thought I was well restrained because I didn't buy any of the Barry M or Models Own goodie bags because, I went to the Clothes Show last year and the products looked the same!

I hope you all had a great day, let me know if you went to the Clothes Show?

5 Tips for a Stress Free Christmas

Is the idea of Christmas stressing you out?...well, here are a few tips to help you have a stress free time:

1. Think ahead

Know how many days you have left and plan different tasks to do each day, so that it's not a last minute panic.
2. Ask people what they want
Don't waste hours thinking of what to buy people, it's easier just to ask!
3. Shopping Online
Shopping from home avoids the crazy Christmas crowds and can save money at the same time.
4. Don't look for perfection
Nothing ever will be perfect so just relax and enjoy the Christmas spirit.
5. Make it fun
You can have so much fun making your own tree decorations, baking and watching Christmas movies.

This is what our Christmas Tree looks like this year

Lots of love
